RBSD provided programming, site evaluation, concept design, and review of documents for a mixed-use complex near the Citadel. The Center is to contain a 300-room five-star hotel, office towers, and a large shopping mall, with structured parking. (RBSD was Associate Architect to another architectural firm for the initial concept, and is providing project management services through its PMI subsidiary.) |
