RBSD provided planning services for a multiple high-rise tower development containing hotel rooms, residential apartments, commercial space, and support facilities, to accommodate Hajj pilgrims and other visitors to the Holy City of Makkah. The planning focused on a modular concept to permit the development to operate at a reduced scale during non-peak periods. The planning was conducted by a joint venture of RBSD and a local Saudi Arabian firm. |
