Client: Saudi Egyptian Red Sea Investments Co., Hurghada Bay, Egypt
This resort complex features a 500-room four-star hotel, 250 villas, 200 apartments, approximately 100,000 square feet of commercial space, a marina and water sports center, and infrastructure and support services buildings for the entire complex. RBSD provided design and document coordination services for the residential, recreational and commercial areas and directed and coordinated preliminary phase engineering services, including all site infrastructure systems, roads, etc, through local consultants, as consulting architect to the London office of the prime architectural firm. |
