RBSD Begins Work on Manhattan Psychiatric Center Renovation RBSD, in Joint Venture with STV, recently started work on a major renovation project that will enable Manhattan Psychiatric Center's Dunlap Building (Building 102) to accommodate 250 forensic psychiatric beds. The $100 million renovations of 265,000 square feet will enable Building 102 to accommodate current residents of the Kirby Forensic Center. The project will consist of the total interior renovation of up to 21 floors, including interior construction, heating, plumbing, electric, fire safety, security and communications, as well as a new vertical transportation tower, to create a state-of-the-art forensic psychiatric facility. |
