Client: The Islamic Cultural Center of New York, New York, NY
RBSD provided architectural design for a fully functional school building connected to the Islamic Cultural Center mosque. The school contains 12 classrooms, a cafeteria and kitchen, a library, and administrative facilities for the Imam. Eight of the classrooms can be combined in pairs to create larger lecture spaces. The building also contains space for the future development of an auditorium/lecture hall and an art and artifact exhibit area. |
