RBSD designed the pediatric waiting area of the new dental education center as a play space that is also used for consultations and education in oral health care. A waiting area with a serpentine seating bank for parents and children has video viewing capabilities. The main pavilion features multi-channel video monitor equipment, which can display up to four different programs simultaneously. There are also tables and chairs for individual and group activities, and play sinks with mirrors for demonstrations and play practice. A glass block house provides a secluded space for individual consultations and oral hygiene instruction. |
