Brookdale Hospital Medical Center H.I.P. Building Conversion, Brooklyn, NY

RBSD is currently providing schematic design and feasibility/programming services for the conversion of a three-story building across the street from the Hospital campus. The 19,000-square-foot facility was previously owned by H.I.P. and contained clinic facilities. Brookdale Hospital would like to reconfigure the building layout to create outpatient facilities including a Child Day Treatment Center, a Psychiatric Education and Research Center, a Child Mental Health Clinic, and an Adult Mental Health Clinic.
