Rockland County New Nursing Facility, Architectural Consulting Services for C.O.N. Application, Pomona, NY

RBSD is currently providing architectural consulting services in association with a strategic planning firm to expedite the Certificate of Need (C.O.N.) process for a new 400-bed replacement facility (including 343 skilled nursing home beds and 57 rehabilitation beds) for the Summit Park Hospital & Nursing Care Center. The new facility will also include an adult day health care center, diagnostic, treatment, and support facilities. RBSD is conducting a physical plant review of the existing 1970's era nursing home facility to determine if deficiencies warrant a major renovation and addition, or if a total replacement facility needs to be built in order to provide an environment of care that meets today's standards.
