RBSD worked with St. Charles Hospital throughout its $45 million modernization effort--from programming, planning, and schematic design, to design development, construction documents, and construction administration, creating a new addition to enable the hospital to meet its current needs. New construction totaled 154,000-square-feet, and an additional 17,700-square-feet were renovated during the project.
