In joint venture with another firm, RBSD designed a 240‑bed, five‑floor, skilled nursing facility that contains a 40‑bed Alzheimer's unit. The new facility in Smithtown, NY is connected to St. John's Hospital by an access tunnel, expediting the nursing facility’s use of the hospital's diagnostic and treatment services. |
