Client: New York Congregational Home for the Aged, Brooklyn, NY
A 200-bed, 100,000-square-foot, long-term care facility built on the grounds of the original New York Congregational Home, the Harriet Righter Pavilion features limestone design accents recalling the traditional design of the older structure. In addition to architectural design, RBSD assisted with the special zoning and permitting analyses required to obtain regulatory approvals within the unusual setting. |
