Client: Pinnacle Retirement Services Corp., Somers, NY
RBSD is providing architectural design for a congregate care retirement community containing 34 assisted living and 103 independent living apartments within a three-story facility on a 27-acre suburban parcel. The apartments come in a wide variety of configurations. The community features several dining venues, including a main dining facility, a private dining facility, a "cafe" and a "club" room. Two central courtyards, one enclosed by the building and one open, provide visual focus and help organize the building layout. |
